Its been a huge discussion in class that, as the media becomes more business oriented it would loose its credibility. Personally, I think the fact that more people are owning media organisations is a good thing.
Just like every other business, the fittest would survive. Making money or working for profit doesnt neccessarily mean loosing core media values. Rather than run away from the commercialisation of the media, we should embrace it and find a way to make it work for the better.
